“Unable for the loved to die, For Love is immortality” - Emily Dickinson
TERENCE RAMNGEN
There are a few things in life that will leave us wildly speechless and hollow. To articulate the tsunami of emotions as we bid farewell is intensely heart wrenching. Anything we do from this point may seem inadequate to encapsulate the sense of loss. Time will be unkind, and the wound will linger.
We must take solace in knowing that Terence Ramngen lived his life the best way he knew how, even as the decks were stacked against him. His yellow brick journey to our Lord was unfairly riddled with hardships and obstacles but each one conquered with grace, grit and a whole splash of humor. He bore his burden with silent courage indignantly defying the naysayers and displaying his battle scars as the testament of what a God-fearing man he is. Humility and kindness were his guiding principles and family is his true north star, constant and unwavering- the center of the cosmos, just as family was the center of his heart.
Terence chose to love fiercely even if it was not the easiest thing to do spreading his infectious joy and laughter; compassionately aware of everyone else’s plight but his own, never failing to jump in front of the proverbial bullet for the people he loved so dearly.
He was the perfect paradigm of what a dutiful son, a protective brother, a loving uncle and a loyal friend should be. We would all be so lucky to be half the man he is.
As a devoted husband, he made it his lives mission to be the perfectly imperfect human being, providing a life full of wonder, true happiness and the unconditional love that could only be sourced from heaven above. He truly was an Angel among us.
Our lives will forever be intimately intertwined with the memories we share with Terence and he will be sorely missed.
We LOVE you Ter!!
